1. No Transfer of Rights.
Submitting your design to Critique Day for review does not constitute a transfer, license, or grant of rights, intellectual or otherwise, of the design to Critique Day or to any reviewer participating on the platform.
2. Limited Use of Submissions.
Critique Day may only use submitted designs for the explicit purpose of review and evaluation. Any other use requires explicit consent from the submitter.
3. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
As a user of the Critique Day platform, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary and confidential information you may encounter. This includes but is not limited to client company names, stakeholder names and locations, client briefs, design concepts, and any information shared between Clients and Designers on the platform.
4. No Bypass.
By using Critique Day, you agree not to bypass our website to engage in any business activities that directly compete with the services offered on this platform. You shall not directly solicit clients, designers, or any other users of this platform for any competing services.
5. Responsibility and Liability
a. User Responsibilities: As a Client or Designer, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide on the platform. You also agree not to engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities.
b. Critique Day Responsibility: We will do our best to ensure a secure and functional platform, but we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of this platform.
6. Insurance.
Critique Day does not provide insurance coverage. We strongly recommend that Clients and Designers have appropriate insurance coverage in place to protect against any unforeseen events or disputes that may arise from their interactions on the platform.
7. Termination.
Critique Day reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate any of these terms or engage in any activities that are harmful to the platform or its users.
